Adjustible, Sit up Board

Perform sit ups with ease. The sit up involves spinal flexion which exercises you rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques. We recommend exhaling and compressing your abs in order to work out the transverse abdominus. The roller pad on this sit up board will hold your feet in place so that you do not rock back and forth. Adjustable angle so that you can keep pressure off of your tail bone and get more sit ups in. Adjustable foot pads to accomodate anyone's feet. Rubber coated heel pad for durability. Handle for easy of mounting and dismounting.

This frame is so solid it will not fall apart even if large basketball players do their workouts on it. This sit up board can be used 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we will repair the frame if anything goes wrong. One year warranty on moving parts. No warranty on upholstery. All returns, other than defective equipment, must be authorized.

US $ 199.99 for the first item, $ 150.00 for each additional. Large orders are usually sent blanket wrapped by North American Van Lines so that they will arrive in good condition.
