Home Gym Warranty Our warranty applies to normal use within a home. We will replace any of these weight plates for 90 days if anything breaks or bends as a result of craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from everyday use. Any scratching of the paint is not covered under this warranty. Rust is not covered. USA Sports will only replace what you received, and will not cover incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of these weight plates. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser, and is void when transferred. This warranty is only valid within the United States. The original purchaser has rights from this warranty and the laws of his state. Weight Plates
Shipping and Payment Conditions Shipping costs $17.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Please allow two to six weeks for delivery. Any shipments that are returned to sender without prior permission will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
