Commercial, Fitness Equipment Warranty
There is a one year warranty for use in a commercial gym. That means this EZ curl bar can be used by the public 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This does not cover personal injury or property damage by the use of this product. This EZ curl bar will be repaired if they are returned for inspection. The warranty only covers failures due to material defects or workmanship that occur during normal use. Bending is not covered under warranty. It does not cover failures from a result of misuse, neglect, misapplication, modification or normal wear and tear. Paint chipping, which could cause rust, if the EZ curl bar is not maintained properly is not covered under the warranty, and is considered normal wear and tear. Proper maintenance information is available upon request.
