Troy's fully computerized customization department can reproduce almost any design, inlaid with special urethane of any Pantone color that will not fade or come off. Designs can have up to three colors. One of the most compact dumbbells in the industry, the TROY Solid Steel Dumbbell has a solid steel design and an odor-free urethane to protect floors and equipment. The 32 mm, solid steel handles are a hard chrome finish to prevent flaking or peeling.
The polyurethane coated “Quiet Iron® EZ-lift” grip plates are less porous than rubber making them virtually indestructible, odor resistant and maintenance free. Our patented interlocking feature facilitates easier lifting and loading from any position allowing the user to safely load more plates onto machines and bars. These Olympic plates maintain a 2% accuracy level consistent with all of our TROY commercial plates.

Urethane, Weight Plate Custom Logo Program PricingSupply us with your logo in JPG or TIFF image format. We can only use Pantone colors. The cost of this set includes three colors. Pick out the Pantone color codes for the colors you want in your logo when we put it on the barbell. Write down the codes of the colors you like. We can also try to match colors. E-mail us with the color codes and an attachment of the logo's image.
Basic custom logo weight plates are available on the 45 lb., 35 lb. and 25 lb. sizes. All dumbbells will have a custom logo on either side. We will let you know if there are specialty colors in your logo.
Lead time on all logo orders is twelve weeks from the time the you sign off on the approved logo. Urethane, Barbell Package WarrantyUrethane, Dumbbell Set WarrantyTroy, urethane dumbbells are warrantied for 5 years against breakage or manufacturers defects for the original owner. Urethane, encased plates have a limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 5-year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover the loss of urethane due to chipping, fading, or cracking. In order to prevent chipping or cracking of the rubber, clean regularly and handle carefully. The dropping of dumbbells is never suggested and will void warranty. Dumbbell heads may become slightly loosened after continued use and loosening is not covered under the warranty. Shipping and Payment ConditionsUS $ 300.00 for the first weight set, and US $ 200.00 for each additional set in the continental, United States. The barbells must be taken from the back of a Mack Truck unless you make arrangements with us for inside delivery ahead of time. Allow 12 weeks for the design of your logo. No return for refund.
