15 inch Plyometric Training Cones

Plyometric exercise strengthens the lower part of your legs. You can use a plyomentric cone as a guide for jumping. Jump back and forth over the cone to get stronger. If you did not have the cone there, you would not have the motivation to jump back and forth. You could put the cone in a plyometric box, and jump over it with the rubber, resistance bands adding even more challenge to the exercise. Line up all twelve and try jumping over each of the cones. Plyometric exercise involves getting as high as you can with your feet touching the ground as little as possible. Your lower legs will become incredibly strong.

These plyometric cones can also be used for marking boudaries. Since they are florescent orange they are highly visible. Once your team gets done doing their plyometric warm ups, they can than use the cones to create boundaries for a soccer field and even a goal!

This set includes a dozen, fifteen inch cones.
